What to expect when you start this journey
Each person is unique and so are their reasons and motivations for seeking coaching services. We will collaborate together to develop an action plan that feels right for you while also working towards your goals. Emotions are part of the process and I incorporate mindfulness practices to help you manage your emotions and gain more clarity.
My coaching style also focuses on increasing your self-awareness, reframing limiting thoughts and beliefs through written (but fun!) exercises and creating changes in your behaviors that will get you to your desired goals.
Why mindfulness and self-awareness? Because we all have to first be present, in this moment, and be aware of who we are, where we are and what we are doing on a daily basis in order to make the changes necessary to get us to where we want to be. There is a spiritual element to this (I am not the preachy type) but I do believe we all have innate potential that we can tap into in order to help us achieve our goals.
